Things can change fairly quickly sometimes. Our last market Snapshot for Vancouver East only a couple of months ago, showed upward trends for both pricing and listings, for detached and apartments.

This month, things have changed. This kind of information is most beneficial for sellers who should be aware what the market is doing and what strategies they should employ to sell their propertie in a shortest amount of time and for most money. 

Although the changes are not great, they show a trend, and trends dictate the market moves. Again, it is interesting to note that the listings in the months of August are down for both detached and apartments from the number of listings recorded in May.
