There are new projects such as theTramonto, built by a local developer Boffo Developments. Tramonto condos sold quickly. Live on The Heights? Wow! Everything you need is within a walking distance. One of the finest deli's in Vancouver is Cioffi's Meat Market at 4156 Hastings Street. Try and get in on a Friday and Saturday. The narrow isles and aggressive buyer's make this a great experience. Don't miss it. New homes and condos are being built in the area and opportunities to move to this wonderful neighbourhood are coming up all the time.
